职位描述

1、技校或中专学历，对机械方面有一定的认知及爱好；2、能看懂简易的机械图纸，对机械不陌生或有过启蒙；3、人品端正，踏实好学，懂得服从和感恩；4、有意成为机械、液压方面的技师或老师傅的决心，能够全心沉到工厂车间一线的定力；5、不求上进、得过且过，对自己没有要求、对产品质量没有责任心的勿扰；
依据熟练程度及能力，工资待遇依次增长，能独立完成工作时，按师傅级别调整工资。有C1驾照优先考虑。
